Delivered as part of Art of Life – a project designed to normalise conversations around death, dying and end of life using creative approaches to encourage people to plan for end of life. This is a lively and comedic approach using different forms of creativity and humour. Funded by Creative Ireland Shared Island Health and Wellbeing via Cavan County Council’s Creative Cavan programme.

This event is part of Winter Wellness Cavan Monaghan, a programme of creative and community-based events taking place across Cavan and Monaghan in early January to support positive mental health and wellbeing.

Winter Wellness is an initiative of Cavan Monaghan Connects, delivered in partnership with HSE Cavan Monaghan, Cavan County Council, Monaghan County Council, Creative Cavan, Creative Monaghan, and the HSE Cavan Monaghan Mental Health Service Recovery College.
