Parenting Cavan invites parents, guardians and expectant parents to a relaxed and welcoming morning of baby activities. The session will include Moo Music, sensory play, and baby massage, designed to support bonding, learning and wellbeing.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available on arrival, and guest speakers will share useful information for parents and families.

Organisations and services that support families are also invited to attend and host an information stand (set-up from 9:30 AM).
