Flow Into Calm: Tai Chi for Well-being
Experience the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi designed to reduce stress, improve balance, and enhance mental well-being. This workshop introduces simple techniques that encourage relaxation and mindfulness.
This event is part of Winter Wellness Cavan Monaghan, a programme of creative and community-based events taking place across Cavan and Monaghan in early January to support positive mental health and wellbeing.
Winter Wellness is an initiative of Cavan Monaghan Connects, delivered in partnership with HSE Cavan Monaghan, Cavan County Council, Monaghan County Council, Creative Cavan, Creative Monaghan, and the HSE Cavan Monaghan Mental Health Service Recovery College.
