Invest in Play: ADHD-Focused Parent Support Programme (Cavan Town)
The Invest in Play ADHD Parent Programme is designed to support parents and carers of young children with ADHD to better understand their child’s behaviours, emotions and strengths. The programme uses evidence-based, neuro-affirmative strategies to support positive relationships and child development through play.
This 12-week course is suitable for families with children aged between 2 and 6 years and is open to parents and carers with or without a formal diagnosis. The programme forms part of The Changing Lives Initiative: Flourish & Thrive, which provides free early supports to parents and carers across a range of online and in-person interventions.
