A free gig hosted by local musicians and singers performing traditional/folk and other music in support of mental health awareness during the First Fortnight Festival.

This event is part of Winter Wellness Cavan Monaghan, a programme of creative and community-based events taking place across Cavan and Monaghan in early January to support positive mental health and wellbeing.

Winter Wellness is an initiative of Cavan Monaghan Connects, delivered in partnership with HSE Cavan Monaghan, Cavan County Council, Monaghan County Council, Creative Cavan, Creative Monaghan, and the HSE Cavan Monaghan Mental Health Service Recovery College.
