safeTALK prepares people to become a “suicide-alert helper” by recognising invitations for help through words and actions, and responding safely. Participants learn the TALK steps (Tell, Ask, Listen and Keepsafe) and get information on local, regional and national supports. The training is designed to be practical and accessible for people with any level of previous experience.
