Every July, Samaritans volunteers host local activities to remind people they are here to listen, day or night, 365 days a year. This year’s Awareness Day on 24/7 invites supporters to:

• Take on a 24-Hour Challenge – from gaming relays to Taylor Swift listening marathons, crafting sessions, sponsored silences and more. Complete your challenge on 24 July or any date in July that suits you.
• Raise vital funds and awareness – every euro raised supports the Branch Development Fund, helping the 24 locations across Ireland and Northern Ireland answer a call for help every minute.

Participants receive a fundraising pack on registration, and those who hit a €200 target will receive an exclusive Samaritans tote bag.
