Staying Connected: Gentle Steps to Feel Less Alone (Online Webinar)

This free webinar, hosted by Mental Health Ireland, invites participants to join a supportive and practical panel discussion on staying connected during times when energy is low, motivation is reduced, or reaching out feels hard.

The session will explore what loneliness can feel like and why it can sometimes be difficult to seek support. Panellists will discuss gentle, everyday ways to rebuild connection and nurture meaningful relationships, offering realistic and achievable ideas that participants can take away and apply in their own lives.

There will be opportunities to ask questions throughout the session, with a live Q&A allowing attendees to engage directly with the panel.

The webinar is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
