Free stop smoking support is available through local clinics across Counties Cavan and Monaghan.
The HSE Stop Smoking Service offers free, one-to-one support for people who want to stop smoking. Support includes practical advice, help with coping with cravings and withdrawals, guidance on nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), and ongoing follow-up from a Stop Smoking Advisor. The service is free of charge, and free NRT is available for people who engage with the programme.
