World Mental Health Day is an international day of awareness, education and advocacy against social stigma surrounding mental health. Each year, it provides an opportunity for communities, services, and individuals to connect through events, campaigns and conversations that promote wellbeing and hope.
To coincide with this important day, HSE Connecting for Life Cavan Monaghan have made a range of free materials available for local circulation and promotion:
-
Wellbeing Board (A2 & A3 sizes): Designed to display in community centres, sports clubs, public offices and workplaces, these boards share practical wellbeing tips and key support contacts. The digital version can also be shared online or on social media.
-
“You Are Not Alone” Window Sticker: Ideal for display in local businesses or community settings, this sticker reminds everyone that help is always available.
-
Finding Support Poster: Produced in partnership with colleagues in Northern Ireland, this cross-border resource lists helplines and crisis supports accessible to people across Cavan, Monaghan, Fermanagh, Leitrim and Sligo.
Supplies of Wellbeing Boards and window stickers can be requested by emailing [email protected].
