Aware Support Line is a freephone service providing confidential support and information for individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or other mood-related issues. Available seven days a week from 10am to 10pm, the service offers compassionate listening and guidance to callers. Volunteers are trained by Aware and can signpost individuals to appropriate services within Aware or externally. Calls are free, private within standard limits, and usually last between 15 to 20 minutes. The service is not suitable for individuals under 18, who are advised to contact Childline.
