Aware Support Mail is a secure, encrypted email service offering emotional support, resources, and information for adults aged 18+ who are concerned about their own mood or that of a loved one. It is suitable for individuals experiencing depression or bipolar disorder. Volunteers provide non-judgemental responses and may signpost to additional supports within or outside Aware. This service ensures user privacy and confidentiality. Volunteers are trained but not counsellors or medical professionals.
