Bounce Back Youth Service supports young people aged 10–25 in South East and West Cavan through a blend of individual and group supports. Run jointly by ISPCC and Youth Work Ireland Cavan Monaghan, the service includes one-to-one rural resilience work, youth cafés, outreach, and detached youth work. Programmes build skills like communication, resilience, emotional intelligence, and agency. Services are offered in local communities and tailored to young people’s individual needs through a trauma-informed approach.
