The Encircle Programme, run by Embrace FARM, provides practical and emotional support to farm families following serious injury or sudden death. Services include one-to-one counselling with accredited counsellors, business mentoring for succession and inheritance issues, and peer support groups for widows, survivors, and families.

Through partnerships with agricultural and health organisations, Encircle bridges the gap in rural services and offers compassionate, non-judgemental support to families no matter how recent their loss.
