FirstLight provides free professional support and counselling to families in Ireland who have experienced the sudden death of a child up to the age of 18. Services include crisis intervention, individual and couple psychotherapy, play therapy, and moderated online peer support groups. All therapists are accredited and trauma-informed. Referrals can be submitted online, and services are available nationwide.
