This is a voluntary, non-clinical and peer-support group open to anyone who experiences hearing voices, seeing visions, or holding beliefs others may find unusual. Attendees set the agenda and can join whenever suits them, with no requirement to be engaged with mental health services. The group provides a safe, supportive space to discuss and explore experiences with peers and trained facilitators. Sessions take place monthly in Monaghan Library, and individuals may attend without referral or pre-registration.
