MaCYSS is a youth and family substance support service providing help for young people aged 12–18 experiencing alcohol or drug-related challenges. Delivered by Alcohol Forum Ireland in partnership with HSE, TUSLA, and NE Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force, the service includes clinical interventions and community development supports. It aims to reduce substance-related harm and promote wellbeing through direct support and capacity-building across Cavan and Monaghan.
