The HSE National Counselling Service offers free counselling to individuals aged 18 and over who have experienced childhood abuse or neglect, are former residents of mother and baby homes, are affected by the Stardust inquest, or hold a medical card. Services include in-person, phone, or video sessions, available nationally. Referrals can be made through GPs, other professionals, or self-referral depending on the eligibility criteria.
