Parentline is a free, national helpline that supports parents facing diverse challenges, from postnatal depression to school refusal, child-to-parent violence, and anxiety. Staffed by trained volunteers, the service offers non-judgemental guidance and information by phone. It also delivers the Non-Violent Resistance programme for parents experiencing violence or abuse from their children. Parentline supports parents of children of all ages, from infants to adults, and aims to provide reassurance, understanding and practical help.
