Pieta offers free therapy for individuals aged 13+ who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or are bereaved by suicide.

Therapy is accessible nationally by phone, video, or face-to-face at 23 locations, including Monaghan, Carrick, Virginia, and the Hampton Court Tusla Building in Cavan. No referral is needed.

Services are also available for parents or guardians seeking help for their children.
