Rainbows Ireland offers free group support to children and young people aged 7–18 who are experiencing bereavement or family change due to parental separation or divorce. The service provides a safe, peer-supported environment to explore and express emotions through structured sessions. Groups are age-specific and never mix bereavement and separation cases. Online support sessions for parents are also available.
