This self-paced course helps young people understand how changes in their brain and body can affect their reactions to stress. It supports learners in recognising and describing distressing or overwhelming emotions and introduces strategies to help the body and mind regain balance. Rooted in recovery education, the course encourages participants to build resilience and apply self-management tools. Open to anyone aged 16 and over, with unlimited attempts and a certificate upon completion.
