SafeTALK

SafeTALK

Description

SafeTALK is a half-day programme that trains participants to recognise and engage with people who may have thoughts of suicide. It equips attendees with the TALK steps—Tell, Ask, Listen, and Keepsafe—enabling them to act effectively in crisis situations. Suitable for anyone over 18, the training combines video, discussion, and practice to build suicide alertness skills. While impactful and empowering, it is recommended that people recently bereaved by suicide wait before attending.
